Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays or customs processing times. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is shipped.

All sales are final as products are custom imported.
Replacements or store credit will be provided only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds are only accepted for cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering.
